Programme Description
This course provides an introduction to programming for the web. Specifically, students will learn how to program in a server-side scripting language such as ASP (Active Server Pages) or PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) to create dynamically generated web pages.
The topics include
Introduction to web architectures and programming
Processing data and control structures.
Interacting with the file system
Using arrays. Code reuse.
Text processing: dealing with strings
Duration:
1 – 3 months (40 hours)
Entry Requirement :
SPM with 2 credits or its equivalent
