Programme Description The Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (DICT) is a pre-degree qualification in Information Technology which enriches students with the skills required to face the increasing demands from the industries. IIC DICT programme covers a broad range of areas of Information and Communications Technology including Computer Hardware, Software, Database, System Analysis and Design, Data Communications, Network, Internet Programming and Multimedia Design. The course curriculum include both practical and theoretical aspects of IT knowledge. Students will have the potential of problem solving and logical reasoning.
