The college is approved by Ministry of Education, Malaysia as a private post-secondary Institution of Higher Learning and its main campus is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The College has also been approved by the Selangor State Department of Education in Malaysia. As one of the pioneering private colleges in Malaysia to offer distance learning programmes, the College has established learning centers in Penang, Kedah, Seremban and Johor. All Learning Centres has been approved by the Ministry of Education. 

NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD (LAN), MALAYSIA

All the programmes offered by Innovative International College has been approved by the National Accreditation Board (Lembaga Akreditasi Negara). The National Accreditation Board is the only official accreditation body that has been recognized to accredit private colleges in Malaysia. All Private Colleges are required to get approval from the National Accreditation Board before the courses can be offered to the public.
